Currently serving as the Executive General Counsel for Africa at General Electric, she oversees legal and compliance matters across 20+ Sub-Saharan African countries. With a diverse skill set spanning Energy Law, Commercial Transactions, and Regulatory Compliance, Ozim is a true business lawyer. A graduate of the University of Nigeria and a member of both the Nigerian Bar and the Solicitors of England & Wales, she holds advanced degrees in Energy Law & Policy and International Business Transactions from the University of Dundee. Beyond her professional achievements, Ozim is passionate about sustainable projects in Africa and advocates for women’s empowerment. She co-leads the Women’s Network at GE Africa and volunteers with Bethesda Child Support Agency in Nigeria, demonstrating her commitment to making a difference.
